Conditions

Minimum rental is one week.

When you book one apartment, you must pay 25% of the rent within a week. The rest must be paid at latest four weeks before arrival. The additional service, cleaning fee, is mandatory and must be paid for.

If you book and you cancel the apartment earlier than four weeks before arrival, you will be refunded the prepayment (minus cancellation fee). If you cancel later than four weeks before arrival, you will not be refunded the amount you have paid.

In case of cancellation, the cost of returning the prepayment will be charged to you.  In addition, there is a cancellation fee of 100 € (excl. Igic).

If you wish to shorten your stay after booking, this is considered a cancellation of part of your stay and the cancellation fee must be paid. Be aware that the minimum rental is one week.

 If, along the way, you want to change the dates of your stay by a day or two (you cannot change the period to another time of the year), there is a change fee of €50 (excl. igic). In the event of a change of dates/change fee, the stay/period must remain as long as it was initially.

A few times I have experienced that people have canceled later than four weeks before arrival and then not got anything refunded.  I and the owner have then provided information that has made these guests get their money back from their insurance company. You must of course have insurance that covers rent of private apartments (not just hotels etc.)

All my apartments are approved as rental apartments. They have a Vv license, Vivienda Vacacional.

All communication, booking confirmation and rental contract

will be in English or Norwegian.

Tourist tax from 01.01.2025

Mogan municipality is the municipality where Aquamarina is located. This municipality decided on 12.12.2024 to introduce a tourist tax of 0,15€ per person per day for 2025 (1,05€ per person per week).

From 01.01.2026, this amount will most likely increase.
